This hotel is surprisingly tucked within a converted mix-use building on the first floor, featuring only 12 rooms. There’s a notable lack of outdoor space, and the view from the room was dismal, facing a sad courtyard dominated by a large air conditioning unit. Soundproofing left much to be desired. even minor noises from the hall were disruptive enough to wake me during the night. Additionally, the breakfast was a simple sandwich and coffee from a nearby café, not served on site.

The noise from traffic was quite disruptive, affecting my sleep quality, and I was disappointed to find out about a water issue only after I complained, which felt unprofessional.

Clean, nice and comfortable room, we had a corner room so we really enjoyed having lots of daylight in the morning. Everything was clean without smelling like pure chlorine, and checking in and out was easy and fast.
